Iron Fit Performance is a business that is centered around community and evidence-based fitness and health guidance. The actual 2400 sq. ft. location closed in April 2021; however, we still run the business through other outlets; including plans of an interactive app that will feature personal training & small private group fitness. Beyond the group fitness classes, we used creativity to bring the community together through: fitness challenges, events, and get-togethers.
